Oak is ideal as a cutting board due to it’s natural density. One of the hardest woods, it resists scarring better than most woods. To combat drying, all of our boards can be coated with any food safe oil. As a service, we will refinish your board as needed for wear, at no charge.
Serving boards in an assortment of styles & woods are available. Chose from maple, oak, cherry, hornbean and more. All native to the Berkshires.
